 Payment

You can pay comfortably with Credit/Debit Card and E-check through Paypal.

You benefit from a simple and secure payment via PayPal: Once you have placed and paid for your order, your shipment will be in processing immediately (except for E-checks which take 3-5 business days to be confirmed).

Shipment & Location

Aquatic Mag ships out of Charlton, Massachusetts. We ship Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (depending on location) and Saturdays. We may choose to wait until the next Monday, should adverse weather conditions or other factors; such as postal, holidays, or other strikes make a possible delay likely.

Orders typically take up to 2 days before being shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will be marked as complete and you will be sent your USPS Tracking Number.

It is up to the buyer to determine if they would like insulated box and a hot/cold pack for shipping. This isn’t included into shipping.

Availability

AquaticMag tries to stock all of the products marked “Available” in the marketplace. Although in events like bulk quantity orders, unusual hours orders, and/or an act of god to products, we cannot always guarantee to fill each order completely. You will be notified through e-mail if this occurs.

Plants

In the case of plants, Aquatic Mag will notify the customer with the “out of stock” plant(s) and ask for a substitution plant that falls within the same price range within reason. If customer fails to communicate within a reasonable amount of time, the “out of stock” plant(s) will be re-credited to the account, credit card or Paypal balance; while the rest of the order is fulfilled. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of any and all local and federal shipping regulations. Buyer is also responsible for any legal ramifications or penalties that come from not following these regulations.

DOA & Refund Policy

Mind your weather; we will not be responsible for any DOA if buyer doesn’t purchase an insulated box and a hot/cold pack.

Plants which arrive dead will be refunded if no growing tissue is present in the plants such as in frost or heat damage. We reserve our right to make compensation in the form of a discount on a minimum amount future purchase. Single part of plants may not be refunded separately.

DOA plants must be photographed within 2 hours of arrival and claims must be made without delay to the notification e-mail provided when you purchase from AquaticMag.

Hitch-hikers

All live products have a chance of coming with snails, algae and/or duckweed. We will try to remove anything we see, but there is no guarantee that we can get it all. This is up to the customer to quarantine their plants and do a bleach dip prior to introducing plants to their aquarium.
